EVEN the animals knew it was a nice day for the beach...
The residents of Folly Farm and Zoo in Pembrokeshire have been enjoying the sunshine with their own buckets, spades and ice lollies.
There may have been a bit of help from staff along the way, but no one seemed to mind, judging by the picture.
The venue boasts a collection of over 400 species of exotic animals, many of which are endangered.
Included in the mix is Wales' only giraffe, able to be viewed from a special platform.
And there is also an underwater viewing area for its Humbolt penguins.
Other attractions include zebra, lemurs, spider monkeys, meerkats, camels, llamas, ocelots and bongos.
