SWANSEA City are being linked with a move for Sevilla and Spain striker Alvaro Negredo.
The 27-year-old is valued at around £15 million, with the likes of Tottenham, Everton and Borussia Dortmund reportedly among the clubs tracking his progress.
And according to Spanish media, Swansea are the latest side to join the race for his signature.
Swans manager Michael Laudrup has already revealed that he is looking to sign a striker in the summer, and adding Negredo to his squad would be a remarkable coup.
The Sevilla forward has won 14 caps for Spain, scoring six goals and appearing at last summer's European Championship, where Spain successfully defended their title.
His 18 goals so far this season make him the fourth highest scorer in La Liga, bettered only by Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Radamel Falcao.
Sevilla have been struggling financially of late, and Swansea will be hoping that will force the La Liga outfit to drop their asking price for Negredo.
The Swans are also understood to be tracking Celta Vigo forward Iago Aspas and Chelsea's Romelu Lukaku, who has been on loan at West Brom this season.
