Cardiff Blues rugby player Jason Tovey has had to pull out of tomorrow's match against Toulon after a dog attack - on his passport.
The 23-year-old was unable to fly out to France with his team mates after discovering his labrador puppy, Buster, had chewed his passport and ruined it.

The outside-half said: "
Buster is always chewing things but usually it's my socks and shoes.
"As soon as I saw it I thought I will never get through security with it.
"I was dreading telling my team coach, I didn't think anyone would believe.
It's a bit like the old schoolboy excuse that the dog ate my homework."

Tovey will now have to watch the Heineken Cup clash against Jonny Wilkinson's team on the TV - and fork out £103 for a new passport.
"I'll be keeping it on my top shelf — well out of the way of Buster's sharp teeth," he added.

A Blues spokesman said the player had phoned the club to tell them what had happened. He added: "He's in the dog house."
