THE 44th Annual Show of Kidwelly Horticultural Society has been hailed as the best in its history.
The yearly event, which was staged by the society at the Princess Gwenllian Centre on Saturday, saw gardeners flock from across South West Wales to take part.
Visitors got to witness 100 classes of vegetables as well as flowers, art, handicraft, woodwork and photography.
Chairwoman of the group, Lynda Lewis said: "It went very well — the standard was top class, probably the best we have ever had.
"Everyone gave us really nice feedback — many were saying it was exceptional."
