DO you have what it takes to tackle this Man vs Food-style 2lb burger?
Carmarthen man Kenneth Crowley has thrown down the gauntlet to any big eaters out there after finishing this massive meal in just 34 minutes.
Mr Crowley, of Water Street, says if anyone can even match his effort, he will go one better.
This week the 19-year-old ate the giant burger — eight 1/4 pounders — at Carmarthen Market butcher Alun ap Fychan, which sells its Almighty Welsh Burgers.
On top of the eight burgers was melted cheese, salad and a big bun.
Feeling confident on his way to the shop, Mr Crowley enjoyed a milkshake.
"I'm feeling good," he said with a smile.
"I've starved myself since 6pm last night, so I'm ready."
When Mr Crowley started tucking into the meal, which was a similar size to his head, he began with the burgers — carving them down the middle so he could keep track how far he was getting.
Once he was about half way through he added a hot sauce which butcher owner Leanne Walters said was "pretty much crushed chillies".
"I just wanted to add a different flavour," said Mr Crowley, admitting the sauce was "very hot". Still going strong, he cracked open a can of fizzy lemonade to help wash down the meal while tucking into a handful of potato wedges, which were not part of the challenge he had set himself.
When he was down to the last of his eight burgers, Mr Crowley was able to put it in the bun, and eat it in the conventional way.
At this point his pace slowed, and he picked through the last few bits.
"I'm stuffed now," he said after polishing off his plate. "I feel like I could burst.
"I'm going to go home to chill, I'll probably fall asleep."
Yet Mr Crowley, who keeps trim in a boxing gym and had previously eaten a 1.5lb Almighty burger and only decided to take on a two pounder after a friend tried it and failed,  vowed to return if anyone even matched his feat.
"If someone does a two pounder I will do a two- and-a-half," he said, while sipping on another milkshake.
"I think I could build up to a three pounder."
Butcher Leanne Walters said she started doing burgers to diversify the business and offer 100 per cent Welsh beef products.
"We first offered a 1lb burger as a gimmick thinking not many people would do it, we never dreamed anyone would be able to double it," she said.
"I think we are going to have to get some 'I am the Almighty' T-shirts done, with the first one going to Ken."
