THEY were some of the unlucky ones who missed out on tickets for the big match.
But thanks to the Evening Post, supporters' prayers were answered and they will be among the 33,000 making their way to Wembley tomorrow for the Capital One Cup final.
The Post gave away 30 pairs of tickets for the match against Bradford City, with the last of the lucky winners picking up their prizes only yesterday.
Among the winners was Tata worker Roger Watkin.
The 62-year-old from Gorseinon couldn't believe his luck when he was told he was a winner.
He said: "I only found out at 11am on Friday. I can't believe it.
"My big problem now is deciding who to take. I have two grandchildren, Ben, 12,and Jack, 9, and they would both want to go.
"I may have to take my wife Carol to be safe instead.
"I am over the moon to be able to go. Swansea are undoubtedly going to win."
Also picking up tickets was Rhys Stevens.
The 11-year-old from Fforestfach said: "My favourite player is Michu and I haven't been to Wembley before."
