THIS Swansea solider will be embarking on one of his proudest marches tomorrow.
Craig Buller, of 1st Battalion Welsh Guards, has the honour of carrying the Capital One Cup trophy onto the pitch before his beloved Swans begin battle with Bradford City.
And the 30-year-old can't wait to play such an important role in the club's first ever major cup final.
"I have been going to watch them since 1992," he said.
"There was an email sent to our drill sergeant asking for a volunteer and everyone knows how much of a fan I am so they selected me.
"I cant wait, I am not quite sure what exactly I will be doing but we will have a full rehearsal and I will be in full uniform.
Win
"I have been to watch them a couple of times this season but it is not as easy as it used to be now they are in the Premier League.
"Hopefully they should win but it is not going to be easy."
To mark the special weekend, Craig, of Morriston, who has been in the services for 13 years and been deployed to Northern Ireland, Bosnia and Afghanistan, is making it a family occasion.
"My mother and step-father are coming and so is my wife Carlee and daughter Ellecia too." he said.
"She had been going for years now and in the past two or three seasons she has been properly getting into it, she loves Ben Davies.
"My favourites are Garry Monk, Alan Tate and Leon Britton, they have been there from the start."
On the day Craig and his friends will also take a moment to remember a close friend and huge Swans fan Jack Clarke, who passed away last week.
"He will be in heaven looking down on us screaming on the boys to win," he added.
