HOWARD Kendall has put Everton on red alert for Michu, comparing the Swansea City top scorer to Atletico Madrid striker Falcao.
Michu scored the first goal in Swansea's 2-0 win at Chelsea on Wednesday to take his season's tally to 16.
Falcao has netted 20 times in 17 La Liga appearances this season, and Kendall — who led Everton to two league titles in the 1980s — reckons Swansea's No. 9 poses a similar threat.
"You've got to be careful with Swansea on the counter because they have some exciting players — particularly Michu. He reminds me of Falcao and not just because they look a bit alike," he said.
"There's probably not much difference in their goal returns, and Michu has been a fantastic signing for them. Everton will have their work cut out.
"It will be a tough test."
