M4 lane closed following accident

One lane of the westbound M4 motorway has been closed following an accident.
The incident happened near junction 47 for Penllergaer, and an involved one vehicle — a Renault Clio.
The crash happened around 4.40pm, and the car is currently facing the wrong way on the hard shoulder of the westbound carriageway.
South Wales Police are on the scene, and it is not yet known if there are any injuries.
