KEMY Agustien looks set to leave Swansea City after the midfielder revealed he is to undergo a medical at an unnamed club, believed to be Brighton.
Agustien has been out of favour at the Liberty Stadium and was left out of the Swans' squad for the recent pre-season tour of Holland.
The Dutchman was told by Michael Laudrup he did not figure in the Dane's first-team plans, and that he was free to find a new club.
Agustien's agent Wessel Weezenberg has previously said Brighton are "very keen" on signing his client, and the Seagulls now seem poised to complete a move for the 26-year-old.
Agustien tweeted this evening: "Only medical tomoz (sic) and hopefully a new chapter can start."
