POLICE remain at the scene of a serious road traffic accident in Llangyfelach, Swansea.
A white Nissan Cabstar pick-up vehicle, which was travelling in the direction of the city centre, came into collision with two parked vehicles and a pedestrian at around 1.20pm on Tuesday.
The female pedestrian was taken to hospital.
The Nissan driver was also taken to hospital, suffering minor injuries. He is now assisting police with enquiries.
Swansea Road, between its junctions with Heol Pentre Felen and Junction 46 of the M4, is closed as of 5pm while collision investigation and recovery work takes place.
