WILFRIED Bony's agent has urged Vitesse Arnhem to sanction the striker's move to Swansea City, adding that the Ivorian will not play for the Dutch side again. Francis Kacou says Vitesse had initially agreed to sell Bony for £10.2 million but, although he claims Swansea have now upped their offer to £13.75 million, Vitesse have still not agreed to a deal. Michael Laudrup has confirmed the Swans' interest in the 24-year-old, while chairman Huw Jenkins admits the club are growing "frustrated" with the protracted negotiations. Bony, who scored 31 goals in 30 Eredivisie games last season, has also been linked with a move to West Ham, Liverpool, Everton and Russian side Anzhi. But his agent Kacou says Swansea have made the best offer and he has called on Vitesse to allow Bony to move. "Why does it take so long? Six months ago, we made arrangements for a lump sum of 12 million euros, regardless of goals," Kacou told Voetbal International. "Swansea wanted to pay and Bony has seen that, but Vitesse wanted more. Now there is an offer of 14 million euros plus two million in bonuses. "Why is Bony still in Arnhem? We do not know what they want. "West Ham United, Everton and Liverpool have been reported as having an interest, but Swansea has made the best offer. I want clarity, and a promise is a promise." Bony, who has previously stated his intent to join Swansea, returned to Vitesse Arnhem for pre-season training this week but Kacou insists he will not be there for long. He said: "One thing is for sure, he will not be playing for Vitesse this season."
