I have just read the article by Ray Welsby regarding tbe Clase estate, I am one of the victims of hate crime and I have had my Mobility car's front window smashed twice and also my tyres slashed twice. I've had paint all over my front windows and disgusting obscene words in spray paint all over the front windows, I've had two windows smashed the 1st one was an actual boulder and the second a rock aimed @ me as I'd been sat right by the window 10 minutes before hand. I've had abuse screamed @ me and been accused of all sorts. But I'm still here and will be for a long time. For Ray to criticise the PCSO and the Police is so wrong. They have been amazing and still are, they call to see me everyday and are so helpful and do an amazing job in Clase as well as the uniform officers. All I can say to Ray is unless you have lived through what I have as well as being disabled and very ill @ times, please don't judge. Yes we need the CCTV camera put back up on Long view Road, but Gwalia won't fund it and the Council say that when people were asked in a survey (What survey, as I never saw one) the majority of people living here didn't want it, maybe its because it never happened and the Council just want to save money! Well put the camera's back up and you'd save a small fortune as we wouldn't have to have so many uniformed officer's up here. Clase is a lovely place to live it's just the minority that spoil it for other's. So think before you speak as you have annoyed me for what was said in the article on July 15th.
