DID you watch The Call Centre on BBC Three last night?
The fly on the wall series followed the life and times of Swansea-based contact centre, The Save Britain Money Group.
The business is one of the fastest growing in the UK and its founder Nev Wilshire was honoured for its success earlier this year by the Evening Post.
However, the latest spotlight on the cold calling industry was far from a hard hitting look at the business.
Instead, viewers were given a glimpse of staff mopping up vomit with leaves, potential new recruits being touted in front of the office and the interference of the boss in the love lives of his workforce.
Would you want to work for a boss like Nev?
Have you worked in a call centre like this?
What do you think the programme says about Swansea and its people.?
