WALES will lock horns with Australia yet again after it was revealed the two sides will meet at the Millennium Stadium on November 30.
This will be the seventh match between the teams in little over two years, while there are 15 Welshmen in the British & Irish Lions squad for this summer's three-Test series against the Wallabies.
Australia have won their last eight games against Wales, and their visit to Cardiff in November will round off a grand-slam tour which will also see them play the other home nations, England, Scotland and Ireland — as well as Italy.
Australian Rugby Union boss Bill Pulver made the announcement in Sydney on Thursday, with reports referring to the Welsh Test as a revenue-raising exercise.
It will certainly provide the Welsh Rugby Union with another financial boost, though it could be a contentious issue for its regions.
The Welsh regions had complained that last year's four-Test autumn international programme had disrupted their Heineken Cup campaigns and congested an already busy fixture list.
The WRU appeared to have bucked that trend when they announced that they would only be playing three Tests this autumn — against South Africa, Argentina and Tonga.
But, pending clearance from the International Rugby Board, Wales are set to add a fourth game to their calendar when they welcome the Wallabies to Cardiff.
