ANGEL Rangel admits Swansea City will face a "huge challenge" when they embark on their first Europa League campaign next season.
The Swans secured European football after beating Bradford 5-0 at Wembley to win the Capital One Cup in February.
That means Michael Laudrup's men will be fighting on four fronts next term, competing in the Europa League, Premier League, FA Cup and Capital One Cup.
And with qualifying for the Europa League beginning for Swansea on August 1, Rangel is braced for an early return to action.
"It's a huge challenge for us next season," he said.
"We are in the Europa League, and we are new to that competition.
"We are looking forward to it. We have to be ready because we will be in four different competitions next season.
"The first leg of the Europa League is in the first week of August, so we need to be prepared.
"I'm sure the supporters are already looking forward to that — just as much as the players are."
