MEMBERS of a union which represents thousands of transport workers in Swansea are due to take part in four days of strike action next week over pay and conditions.
Public and Commercial Services (PCS) union members in the Home Office will down tools on Tuesday.
The first day of action will involve all members in immigration and settlement, excluding permanent migration, and will be followed on Wednesday by members in the permanent migration area only.
On Thursday there will be a day of action by members in resource and organisational development, director of operations, strategy and intelligence, international operations and visas, with the week rounding off on Friday with action by members in enforcement and crime.
PCS members in the DVLA walked out on Budget Day.
