MICHU reckons Swansea City should be proud of their international contingent with seven senior players on duty this week.
Ashley Williams, Ben Davies and Jazz Richards - who is currently on loan at Crystal Palace - are all with Wales, while Jonathan de Guzman and Michel Vorm are in the Dutch squad.
Ki Sung-Yueng is away with South Korea and Itay Shechter has joined up with Israel.
"When we see a lot of our players being called up for their national team that is a very good thing for Swansea," Michu told Swansea's official website.
"I think the club can be very proud of that, because I don't think it had many players in the national teams before this time.
"Already we have Ash and Michel who are always in their national teams, but this season you see de Guzman earning his place in the Dutch squad, and that is a compliment to both him and the club.
"He has played very well for us this season, scoring a lot of goals from midfield, and he has done well to break into a Holland squad which has a lot of quality. And Ben is now playing for Wales, too, so it shows that the club can help you start an international career."
