FIRE crews were called to two chimney blazes on last night.
At around 8pm a crew from Llandysul was called to a home in Rhydowen after a wood burning stove caught fire.
Crews used thermal imaging cameras.
Then at around 10pm crews from Carmarthen were called to Penygoilan in Llanegwad.
The chimney was well alight when the crew arrived.
The blaze was put out using a short extension ladder, hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera and firefighters stood down at midnight.
