MICHAEL Laudrup toasted his finest hour in football as Swansea City demolished Bradford City in the Capital One Cup final.
Swansea blew away any pre-match concerns about a Wembley humiliation as they saw off Phil Parkinson's League Two outsiders in emphatic fashion.
Nathan Dyer and Jonathan de Guzman each scored two goals and Michu was also on target as ten-man Bradford were hammered under the arch.
Laudrup was thrown up in the air by his own players afterwards as he celebrated the latest big win of his remarkable football career.
And despite all his successes with some of Europe's biggest clubs, the Dane pinpointed Swansea's first major trophy win as his finest hour.
"It is one thing to win a trophy with Barcelona, Real Madrid or Juventus, but to do it with a smaller club like Swansea is absolutely fantastic," Laudrup declared.
"It's the first major trophy for this club and it is our centenary year. It is right up there for me.
"It's special to do it as a manager — more than the feeling you get as a player.
"And though I won three trophies in Denmark as a manager, they were for one of the top two clubs in the country.
"They were still nice to win, but to me this is something different."
