Two men got into an elderly person's house in Usk and stole cash after their accomplice kept the resident talking on the doorstep.
Police have released CCTV images of the men they would like to speak to following the distraction burglary in Castle Street on Wednesday January 23.
The incident occurred at about 10am, when a man entered the property saying he needed to check the radiators.
The man kept the elderly resident talking while two accomplices entered the house and stole money from the kitchen area.
The men are described as white and the first male entering the property is believed to have been wearing a dark hat, a dark top and lighter coloured trousers.
The images provided show the men who police would like to speak to in connection with this incident.
